How do I make a giant bobbling head? (bobblehead)?
I’m trying to make a giant bobble head…but just the head. You can buy mannequin heads online, made from foam and/or other substances, and I’m thinking that might be a start, but I want to be able to turn it something that I can kind of ventriloquize like a dummy.
